Satisfaction Guaranteed
If you are not satisfied with any product you order from Knudsen Equine Center, simply return it in new condition within 30 days for replacement or refund. Special order, drop ships, and custom merchandise may not be returnable or may be subject to a restocking fee. (Sorry, does not apply to books, videos, CD’s, DVD’s, software, prescription drugs, ultrasound instruments and vaccines).

Returns

Saddle Return Policy
When purchasing a saddle from Knudsen Equine Center you are allowed 7 days for notification of return if the saddle does not fit the rider or horse. Return saddle immediately, unused, for exchange or refund. We stress that a full refund* can only be given if the saddle is absolutely clean and shows no evidence of use. *Please note a full refund does not include return shipping.

Damages & Shortages
Contact the delivering carrier immediately and save all packing material for inspection. Damages and shortages must be reported within 72 hours.

Knudsen Equine Center disclaims responsibility for errors in pricing, for the use or misuse of any products described in this website, and for any losses incurred through the use of products according to methods described in this website. Always refer to and follow the label directions. Knudsen Equine Center specifically does not authorize anyone, its agents or employees, to recommend any product sold by Knudsen Equine Center in any way other than according to manufacturer's current label directions. Knudsen Equine Center disclaims responsibility for losses incurred due to delays or errors in shipment. We reserve the right to limit quantities.
